The liquid nitrogen filling machine is designed for the production line (edible oil, drinking water, food, beverage, etc.

The multi-function nitrogen injection system accurately injects liquid nitrogen into each container, and the injected liquid nitrogen is revaporized to form internal pressure, which improves the stacking load rate of the container, and pushes out the oxygen in the container for inerting and oxygen isolation.

Working principle:
1) Liquid nitrogen (LN2) is first transported from the storage tank to the nitrogen injection head through vacuum adiabatic pipe.
2) The first sensor detects the line speed, the second sensor detects the container, and calculates the required liquid nitrogen and injection amount according to the container speed.
3) Once the container is sensed, the filling valve is opened and a certain amount of liquid nitrogen is injected.
4) The whole process is controlled by programmable controller, sensor and man-machine interface.
